I had a nervous breakdown on monday. Since i had not been to work since god knows when... they juz issued me a warning. like fuck i care. Spoke to anal bitch and get the mess done. I dun wanna talk abt family issues not espcially to work ppl cuz they dun need to know all these shit they dun. and like fuck they care. they only cared abt how we achieve targets and if u been taking too many AL and UL, you will be marked hello?! if you realised that one of the staffs were taking ULs a lot, isnt that obvious that its URGENT FUCKING LEAVE that they had matters to attend to? URGENT matters to be exact? and when exactly do we have the time to call and all that since we are sooo busy attending to smthing URGENT. What fools.
I dun understand what they want. they treated us like fucking digits. robots who dun literally leave their seats to achieve their targets which were unpractical most of the times. i dun mind setting on targets when the ppl arnd you understand the pressure or undestand the need that you are going thru and what not. in fact, admist all these they still wanna find blame and kill whoever dares to defy their mandate. fuck the mandatorial bullshit! ive had enough. but den again.... if im not there anymore, i have to delete my pix and songs and all the cool stuff in my pc. goddammit! argggghh!
