im really soo pissed today.. rite after i blogged, there was an n-action for me.
there is this mrs phua.. who wanted a quote urgently and so i called her to give her request.
she was rude in the beginning and she claimed that she cant hear me thru all the noises arnd me.. what noises???
must be the irritants making noises...
but my tel was at its loudest!
she was really nasty and i cant blame her.
i tried to be polite to her and all that she told me not to be too technical here.
what the fuck?! there wasnt any info that i can retrieve from and what makes her think that i can give her the quotation she needed?
no one can do that but she claimed that she given the details to my colleague and i think that colleague of mine din add in the details... which was unfair!!! to me!!!
as what happened before, other customers will repeat the details like ic and car plate no.. whats wrong with repeating it again rite?
and so this menopausial bitch kept tellin me why i hadnt had the details!!!
how shud i know it was given to me like this....* names are in anagram or if not pseudo name to protect their identities*
